I spent the past several days in New York City for my birthday, so much happened I don't know where to begin! Well, we stayed at the Westin in time square for my birthday! And, on a carriage ride through central park my boyfriend of four years proposed!! Obviously being such a wonderful birthday things couldn't get much better! So I thought! On the way back to our hotel room we saw a small crowd of people and decided to stay and see what was going on..as the crowd grew larger all around me as I was in the front, it turned out all the Wrestlemania superstars were there promoting wrestle mania that will be held there in the coming week! So, I ended up meeting Edge, Mark Henry, Rick Flair, Vince McMann, Rodey Piper, The Big Show & Kelly Kelly. I'm not a crazy wrestling fan but, how cool is that?! New York City was nothing I expected besides all that! People were extreamly friendly and everywhere you turned someone was promoting something (comedy club, happy hour, broadway shows) and I even met the Naked Cowboy!! I highly suggest if you've never gotten the chance to visit New York City Time Square! It was really too much to even take in!!
Well first off, happy belated birthday and congradulations on the engagement. That is so exciting! It seems to me as if you have just had the most exciting, entertainment-packed few days of anyone I know this year. I hope you got lots of pictures!
ReplyDeleteThat is really awesome! congrats! I've never been to new york city but you definitely make it sound worth while...
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the engagement! And New York City is my favorite place in the world...the beauty of it is that there is something for everyone, and the action never slows down. You can always find some form of entertainment, whether it be going to see a Broadway show, visiting a museum, or even just taking a walk through Central Park. So glad you had fun!
ReplyDeleteWow, four years! That in and of itself is a big deal! My fiance and I are coming up on our four year anniversary and I STILL can't believe it. Whenever anyone asks how long we've been together, I STILL almost say "Three years on June 1st!" but then I catch myself. I just can't believe it'll be four years. That's the time it takes to graduate!
